Provider and contact

Photos, files and on-device tools

SizePilot has no developer account or developer-hosted photo library. Compression, resizing, format conversion and screenshot requirement recognition run on your device. Selected media and OCR content are not uploaded to a developer server. You select items using Apple’s photo picker or Files. An iCloud or third-party file provider may download a chosen item under its own policies.

Saving to Photos requests add-only permission to create new compressed copies; the app does not require unrestricted photo-library reading and does not automatically modify or delete originals. Output options include JPEG, HEIC and PNG. Metadata choices can keep supported metadata, remove location or remove supported metadata from the new copy.

Temporary files and shared local settings

Protected local cache may contain selected inputs and outputs during a workflow; temporary files are removed when that workflow is closed. Local preferences include daily free-use counts, saved compression presets and recent workflow settings. Photo content and file paths are not kept in workflow history. The main app, Share Extension and Shortcuts share local access settings through the app’s local App Group.

Advertising and tracking choices

The free plan shows a Google Mobile Ads banner only on Home when ads are permitted. The app uses Google UMP for regulatory consent. It does not directly trigger Apple’s ATT prompt; UMP manages any configured consent sequence. Google and its partners may process technical identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention.

If Apple tracking permission or required personalization signals are absent or declined, SizePilot requests a non-personalized ad only when Google permits an ad request. If Google does not permit requests, no ad is requested. Publisher first-party identifier use is disabled. Prior ATT denial or restriction does not cause the app to automatically repeat a required form as another tracking request. Available choices can be reopened voluntarily in Settings → Ad privacy.

When a verified SizePilot Pro entitlement is active, the banner is removed and ads are not requested during ordinary use. SizePilot does not include a separate Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics or product-notification integration.

Purchases and Apple services

Optional SizePilot Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment and purchase-account information under its terms; the developer does not receive your full payment details. The app verifies subscription entitlements and supports restoring purchases. Apple services such as Photos, iCloud, Files and the App Store apply their own terms when used.

Retention, deletion and support

The developer has no app-hosted photo library or user account to delete. Manage saved copies through Photos or Files, and local app data through iOS storage controls. Removing app data does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Google and Apple manage retention of provider data under their own policies. For support or identifiable correspondence-deletion requests, use contact@fogeto.com and avoid sending private original photos.

Children and security

SizePilot is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children. Advertising is configured for a general audience. Selected photos are processed locally and temporary inputs use protected storage. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
