Delete your HoldBell account

In the app

• Sign in to the account you want to delete.
• Open Account → Delete my account.
• Review the confirmation and complete the requested password or Google verification. If enabled, complete two-factor verification.
• Submit the request and follow the result displayed in the app. If the request fails or you cannot sign in, contact contact@fogeto.com.

Request deletion outside the app

Email contact@fogeto.com with “HoldBell account deletion” and the account email. We must verify account ownership before acting. Never send your password or verification codes.

What is deleted and retained

The client’s account-deletion screen is intended to remove your account, saved items and follows. Local storage clearing and uninstalling do not replace this request. External providers’ records and necessary support/security records can be separate.

Do not assume the account is deleted until the service confirms the request outcome.
