What this policy covers

HoldBell helps you discover offers, coupons, current catalogues and events. You can browse public content without an account. An account supports features such as saved content, followed topics and account preferences. The app is currently provided by Mustafa Oğuz BARAN; support and privacy requests can be sent to contact@fogeto.com.

Account and security information

When you register or update your profile, account information can include your name, username and email address. Passwords are handled for authentication rather than displayed back to you. If you use Google sign-in, the sign-in service and HoldBell process the credential and profile information needed to authenticate you. Security features such as two-factor authentication and passkeys require related security records.

Saved content, followed topics and the preferences you submit are associated with your account so they remain available when you sign in. We do not treat creating an account or following a topic as automatic marketing permission.

Optional notifications

If you choose notifications, the Android app checks its notification setting and the device permission. Firebase Cloud Messaging provides a push token, and the app registers that token and an installation identifier with HoldBell to deliver notifications to the correct installation. You can change notification choices in the app and in Android settings.

Notification delivery involves Google’s Firebase service. The token is a delivery identifier; notification permission is separate from email marketing permission. Signing out stops the client’s automatic push setup and attempts to remove the local delivery token.

App storage and technical records

The app stores session and preference information needed to keep it working. The Android app excludes its app data from automatic Android backup. Requests to HoldBell and other delivery services necessarily disclose network details such as IP address and request information, and operational or security logs may be produced.

HoldBell for Android does not integrate AdMob ads, Google UMP, Firebase Analytics or in-app checkout. This does not describe analytics choices on the separate FOGETO website; see that website’s privacy notice when visiting it.

External content and support

Opening an offer, coupon, shopping or event link takes you to the named provider. That provider handles any purchase, booking, payment, cancellation or refund under its own terms and privacy practices.

If you send a support message, the support service receives your email address, message and anything you choose to attach. Correspondence is used to handle the request and is kept as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations. Do not include passwords or verification codes.

Your choices and deletion

You can manage account information and use the available account-deletion control. Account-sensitive actions may require a current password, Google verification or a second factor. If you cannot access the account, write to contact@fogeto.com for help; ownership must be verified before a deletion request can be processed.

Clearing Android storage removes local app data but does not itself send a server account-deletion request. Uninstalling the app is also separate from deleting the account. Data already handled by an external provider or necessary security/support records can have separate retention requirements.

Requests and updates

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent authority. Contact contact@fogeto.com about information held for this app. We may need proportionate information to verify ownership before acting on an account request. Provider-controlled records may need a separate request through the provider’s controls.

We use platform storage controls, access restrictions and encrypted service connections where supported. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

We will update this notice when the described service or provider arrangements change. The revision date will identify the published version.
