Delete your Letrunio cloud account

In the app

• Open My account in Letrunio.
• Choose Delete cloud account and read the confirmation.
• Confirm the Google or Apple sign-in associated with that account.
• Submit the request. Use Check request/status in the app until the result is shown.

Request deletion outside the app

If the app is unavailable, email contact@fogeto.com with “Letrunio account deletion”, your sign-in provider and the account email. Ownership verification is required before an account request can be processed. Do not send passwords, verification codes or private deletion receipts.

What is deleted and retained

The app account and supported cloud game records are targeted for deletion. Local progress is retained. Deleting local storage, uninstalling or signing out does not replace the cloud deletion request. Store/provider and support records can require separate handling.

Processing can continue in the background. A pending request is not confirmation of completion. Contact support if you cannot check or complete the request.
